Meet with members to discuss fitness goals and provide clear, safe instruction on equipment use.
Design bi-weekly workout routines with varied exercises to promote engagement and progress.
Ensure class participation requirements are met based on club size and activity levels.
Support front desk operations, including check-ins, member tours, and updating accounts.
Respond to member concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to maintain a welcoming environment.
