A plumbing professional will carry out installation, modification and maintenance of commercial heating systems in school refurbishment projects across Berkshire. The role involves working with radiators, steel pipework and fan coil units, along with repairs and alterations to existing pipework. Responsibilities include pressure testing, commissioning, reading drawings, and ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards. Candidates should have proven experience in commercial plumbing and heating, own tools and transport, and relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3. Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to work independently or in teams are essential for successful performance in this role.
