This is a fully remote position with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.
Requirements include at least 90% English proficiency, a steady internet connection, USB headset, and Windows 10 or macOS.
Responsibilities involve answering calls professionally, applying healthcare vocabulary, undergoing internal training, and reporting to your team leader.
Onboarding is followed by ongoing training, with per-minute or fixed-rate compensation.
Strong bilingual communication, active listening, memory retention, note-taking, and emotional intelligence are essential.
