Own the end-to-end supply chain and product definition for cable assemblies, ensuring a resilient, data-driven global network.
Lead design inputs, specifications, drawings, and BOMs with essential cabling engineering knowledge and CAD experience (AutoCAD Electrical).
Ensure compliance with UK/EU standards, document certifications, and coordinate environmental testing as needed.
Define and oversee testing and validation plans; manage QA, analyze failures, and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering, production, projects, and customers to manage risks, timelines, and cost performance.
Drive cost reductions and lifecycle optimizations through smarter design, manufacturing efficiencies, and continuous improvement.
