A Data Analyst is responsible for supporting data cleansing, validation, and reporting in HR and IT systems, primarily using Oracle EBS and R12. Analysts must perform root-cause analysis, identify data inconsistencies, and recommend process improvements to optimise data assets. They are expected to have experience working with large data sets, technical analysis tools, and SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
