Design and implement agents, copilots, and RAG systems, with multi-step reasoning and modular prompting.
Collaborate with product and ML engineering teams to deploy reliable, scalable models into production.
Perform offline and online evaluation, monitoring, and continuous optimization post-deployment.
Stay current with research, propose innovative applications, and drive impact across projects.
(Optional) Mentor junior scientists and help evolve team culture and standards.
