Senior Legal Counsel, Procurement

The Senior Legal Counsel, Procurement at Haleon provides legal support for complex commercial transactions related to indirect procurement, with a focus on Digital & Tech and Marketing deals. They review, draft, analyse, and negotiate various legal documents, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams including Group Legal and Procurement, and managing disputes related to procurement matters. It requires substantial experience in commercial contracting, especially in IT and marketing contracts, along with strong interpersonal skills. The role demands proficiency in legal concepts, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure independently or within a team. Attendance at Haleon’s UK offices in Bankside, London, at least two days a week is necessary.
