This role involves attending roadside breakdowns and ensuring compliance with DVSA standards. Candidates should possess an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in PSV/HGV maintenance and hold a full UK driving licence with six or fewer penalty points. The role requires good technical skills in vehicle repair, diagnostic tools and safety procedures. Candidates should be fit to pass a medical exam for PCV driving and have strong problem-solving abilities. The position offers training to obtain a PCV licence if necessary and opportunities for career progression within the bus and coach industry.
