Support preconstruction efforts across disciplines, including quantity surveying, subcontractor solicitation, and independent item research.
Independently develop complete project cost estimate packages for projects up to $5M, depending on complexity.
Attend preconstruction meetings to gather project information and facilitate external client interactions.
Maintain awareness of the local subcontractor market and clearly discuss scope during solicitation.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating software (e.g., Timberline), and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera).
Perform on-site and office duties with flexibility to meet proposal deadlines, while prioritizing safety and quality.
