Senior Manager, Data Science – Payments & Treasury

Lead the strategy and execution of machine learning and advanced analytics across payments and treasury, framing problems with stakeholders and defining success criteria.
Own end-to-end delivery and cross-functional execution with Engineering, Product, and Design to produce production-ready, well-instrumented, and operationally sound solutions.
Set technical standards and scalable analytics frameworks, including reusable tooling and thoughtful AI/LLMs integration where it meaningfully improves data processing and decision making.
Communicate insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels, translating data into compelling business narratives.
Drive domain analytics in payments, liquidity, risk, and funds flow, leveraging experimentation, causal analysis, and robust evaluation in a regulated environment.
Lead and develop senior ICs, hire effectively, and align multi-quarter roadmaps with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Ops, and Finance.
