Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Autonomy

In this role, you will architect and ship end-to-end driving models with strong performance and generalization. You will lead projects on personalized and collaborative driving, including behavior conditioning and comfort tuning. You will design and maintain evaluation pipelines for both closed-loop and open-loop driving. You will curate real-world and synthetic data to expand scenario diversity and feature development. You will influence architecture choices and deployment pathways for production-scale learning systems. You will collaborate across teams to ensure rapid iteration and mentor engineers to shape long-term technical direction within Autonomy.
