Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead Lean initiatives and value stream mapping, developing and managing site-level improvement plans.
Develop capacity models for new and existing production lines, using Digital Twin simulations to model scenarios and optimize outcomes.
Implement visual management and real-time data displays, standardizing reporting across lines and shifts.
Analyze KPI trends to drive actionable improvements and foster data-driven decision making among teams on the floor.
Maintain 80% floor presence, collaborate cross-functionally, and support training and travel requirements as needed.
