Backend Engineering Specialist – AI Trainer Project

This role centers on reviewing and annotating AI-generated code, assessing logical and structural soundness, identifying error patterns, and providing guidance to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and engineering guidelines. You will document issues and contribute to the advancement of best practices for training data from a backend perspective. Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C++, along with frameworks such as Django, Spring, or Express, and databases (SQL/NoSQL) is required. Experience with APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a strong plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential. This is a remote, contract opportunity with hourly compensation ranging from $8 to $65 depending on experience and location.
