Monitor tribal gaming operations to ensure IGRA compliance and adherence to tribal, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct site visits within assigned regions to verify governance, licensing, and operator compliance.
Perform investigations using forensic accounting techniques and prepare detailed, auditable reports.
Serve as a liaison to tribal governments, gaming agencies, and other regulatory bodies, providing training and technical assistance.
Testify in administrative and other proceedings and participate in meetings and ongoing training.
This mobile role requires up to 75% travel with telework available when not traveling; a valid driver's license is required.
