As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the mobile Search and AI priorities, shaping the technical strategy and roadmap for two high-impact user journeys.
You’ll reimagine how AI and search work on mobile, leveraging notifications, location, and device sensors to deliver context-aware experiences that feel native.
You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Design to craft efficient, performant, and delightful user interfaces, and ensure long-term maintainability through well-structured patterns.
Expect to work with iOS frameworks, optimize concurrency and threading, and use the iOS toolchain (Instruments, Xcode profiler) to diagnose performance bottlenecks and drive quality.
This role focuses on delivering end-to-end mobile features that scale with a rapidly evolving product, rather than porting desktop functionality.
