Provide scientific editing, proofreading, styling, and formatting across client deliverables while ensuring the highest quality and timely outputs.
Serve as the dedicated QC/QA reviewer for agendas, outlines, PowerPoint presentations, transcripts, web content, platform builds, and MLR submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliant messaging.
Conduct rigorous fact checking against primary literature and validated sources; maintain annotated files for internal tracking and MLR submissions.
Standardize QC/QA processes, track comment incorporation, and support reference management and bibliography verification across projects.
Collaborate closely with Medical Science Directors, medical writers, editors, creative services, and project teams to maintain smooth workflows and clear editorial communication.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and a solid foundation in clinical data interpretation.
