Lead multiple AI and infrastructure projects, coordinating across Business and Operations groups while engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a master project plan; monitor schedules and address delays to keep initiatives on track.
Oversee IT-related initiatives including office buildouts, security programs, and business process implementations.
Provide resource planning and set expectations for team members and vendors; ensure effective communications among all stakeholders.
Create management dashboards and briefings to support sponsor meetings; identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
Collaborate with end users throughout deployments to ensure go-live readiness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
