Design and maintain a metrics framework to measure product health, monitor core metrics, and identify drivers of movements.
Conduct rigorous evaluations using statistical methods, including A/B testing and causal inference.
Identify growth opportunities from data analytics and partner with PMs, ML engineers, and RD to implement improvements.
Research data science theories and methods to improve efficiency and develop scalable data tools.
Join in December with a 2- to 3-month onboarding window and contribute to practical, impact-focused projects.
