Lead the development and execution of a global sales strategy to drive sustained growth across multiple regions (EMEA, Americas, and Asia Pacific).
Oversee regional sales leaders, ensure accurate forecasting, funnel development, and disciplined territory management to meet KPIs.
Own global channel and partner networks, identify gaps, appoint and evaluate partners, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive major customer development with global accounts and EPCs, including multi-site, multi-product, long-term agreements.
Manage commercial aspects such as global pricing, margins, cost optimization, and resolution of disputed invoices, ensuring profitability.
Deliver accurate reporting, strategic insights, and lead a diverse, high-performing sales organization while traveling extensively to execute strategy.
