Owner of model lifecycle: selection, training, fine-tuning, explainability, evaluation, and scalable deployment.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into practical GenAI applications.
Mentor and grow junior scientists, establish robust experimentation, monitoring, and lifecycle practices.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and stay at the forefront of AI research and industry advances.
