Lead automation strategy and optimize warehousing operations across a multi-site network.
Design scalable warehouse processes, analyze productivity, and drive cost-effective improvements.
Act as project manager for on-site implementations, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and customers through installation, testing, and commissioning.
Collaborate with Operations, R&D, IT, and network engineering to define roadmaps, select automation partners, and prepare bid documentation.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven insights to monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
Requires hands-on automation experience (robots, AMRs, AGVs), advanced Excel, and WMS proficiency, with ability to travel up to 50%.
