Seeking a motivated Construction Estimator/Engineer to own estimating and preconstruction for diverse projects from design through bid submission.
Responsibilities include detailed quantity takeoffs, developing cost estimates, and analyzing drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate, timely project deliverables and proposals.
Advance technical proposals and schedules, bridging estimating, engineering, and field operations to deliver constructible, cost-effective solutions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 5+ years in estimating, project engineering, or preconstruction; travel to project sites as needed.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, CADD software, HeavyBid or equivalent, and Microsoft Excel/Word; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
