Director, Machine Learning

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of ML/DL models to detect and prevent payment fraud. Define and drive the machine learning strategy for fraud prevention, including generative AI techniques to enhance models and synthetic data generation for robust testing. Supervise model refresh cycles and experimentation to ensure continuous improvement. Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical and business goals, and collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot production issues tied to models and data pipelines. This is a hybrid role with travel 5-10% as needed.
