Develop and implement data-driven improvements to tooling, layouts, and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy innovative solutions that enhance throughput and product quality.
Identify root causes and deliver sustainable fixes in partnership with operations, engineering, and quality.
Oversee process validation, risk assessment, and CAPEX justification for improvement projects.
Mentor site teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
