A Lead Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing all aspects of VMware vSphere environments including ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, and resource pools. The role involves designing and maintaining hyper-converged storage and automating provisioning through scripting, particularly PowerCLI. Candidates should have deep VMware knowledge, experience with high-availability configurations, and strong networking skills with vSwitches and VLANs. Experience with VDI environments such as VMware Horizon is desirable. The position requires DV clearance and is based onsite, supporting large-scale projects in the security sector. The role promotes flexible working arrangements to support work/life balance.
