Finance Manager - Supply Chain

Own financial planning and analysis for designated supply chain functions, partnering with leadership to translate strategy into actionable budgets.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and risk/opportunity assessments with a focus on cost optimization and service levels.
Provide cross-functional financial support to drive end-to-end network improvements, automation, and digital enablement initiatives.
Develop and deliver management reporting, variance analyses, and business cases to inform strategic decisions.
Manage and develop a team, including hiring, coaching, and assigning work across the function and partner teams.
Support mid-term and strategic planning, and coordinate with teams on performance metrics, cost structure, and future capabilities.
