Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Systems (Shift A)

Primary responsibilities include day-to-day technical support of warehouse management systems and automation control systems.
Identify issues, propose solutions, escalate as needed, and assist with design and implementation of WMS/OMS/B2B solutions, including configuration, user training, testing, and go-live support.
Analyze customer and partner requirements to translate into effective system implementations for inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and transportation.
Participate in integration meetings to determine system requirements, specifications, and integration mapping relative to product configuration.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and logical data mappings for integration, working with technical SMEs to refine process flows.
Lead through all phases of the SDLC, coordinating workshops to discuss requirements and producing business requirements documents aligned with supply chain initiatives.
