Plumber – Houghton le Spring

The plumber will inspect and rectify hot water cylinder pressure relief valves, tundish, and discharge pipework to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and plumbing standards. They will correct installation issues, reconfigure discharge pipework, and ensure water is safely discharged into designated outlets. The role involves investigating floor noggin issues, making necessary alterations, and testing the safety valve discharge arrangements. The successful candidate will need to possess a JIB card, demonstrate attention to detail, and have their own tools along with appropriate PPE. Duties include ensuring all pipework is leak-free, visually inspecting for water damage, and leaving the work area clean and safe. Photographic evidence of work completion and reinstallation correctness is required upon job conclusion.
