Serve as a strategic financial partner to one or more Lines of Business (LOBs), shaping the financial strategy to meet organizational objectives.
Own the annual budgeting process for the LOBs, maintain models, ensure accurate assumptions, and present results to executive management.
Lead quarterly forecasts and the review process, ensuring forecasts align with performance expectations and are well-supported by analysis.
Produce monthly management reporting with analytics, highlighting material trends, variances, and key insights for LOB leadership.
Develop business cases for talent acquisitions, expansions/contractions, product changes, and other initiatives to optimize profitability.
Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and supervise staff while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
