Design, train, and evaluate large language models to tackle healthcare-specific challenges, with emphasis on clinical NLP and natural language understanding. Own end-to-end research workflows, including data creation, model development, rigorous evaluation, and iterative improvement to align with real-world healthcare needs. Collaborate with clinicians and domain experts to integrate qualitative insights and human-in-the-loop feedback for model enhancements. Stay at the cutting edge of ML advances, publish findings, and translate research into scalable, production-ready capabilities used across healthcare systems, this is a US-based remote position.
