Mobile Multi-Skilled Plumber

A mobile multi-skilled plumber is responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, and installations on plumbing and mechanical systems across various sites. The role involves testing, fault-finding, and maintaining water and medical gas systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Candidates must possess a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in plumbing and have experience in facilities management or building maintenance. The position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently across multiple locations, and a full UK driving licence. Experience with medical gas systems and knowledge of safety regulations are desirable. The role entails supporting a range of maintenance activities, providing technical guidance, and responding to emergency call-outs promptly.
