Develop and validate time-studied standards for overall operations and for each function to enable productive labor planning.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and CI methodologies, creating productivity playbooks and SOPs.
Train and support operations teams on labor management systems, performance management, and visual management tools.
Evaluate layouts, MHE, and equipment to maximize throughput and safety, while maintaining quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance, manage a portfolio of projects, and translate data into actionable insights.
