Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Waterlooville

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development and engineering of mechanical systems for vintage and classic vehicle projects. The role involves producing detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings, as well as reverse engineering obsolete parts using modern digital tools. The engineer will work closely with technical teams and oversee projects from conception to final assembly, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met. They will provide technical leadership and support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team. Practical knowledge of manufacturing methods, automotive systems and team management are essential for success. The position is site based with potential for future hybrid working arrangements.
