Lead HR operations by partnering with plant leadership to address organizational challenges and place the right talent in the right roles.
Oversee all HR activities, including hiring, onboarding, employee records, compensation, payroll, and development.
Serve as a liaison for corporate HR on performance goals, training, audits, and program implementation, while supervising recruitment and talent management.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, EEOC, ADA) and manage investigations of harassment or retaliation.
Foster strong employee relations, manage disciplinary processes, and develop policies, job descriptions, performance reviews, and succession planning.
Coordinate with corporate HR and legal, manage temporary staffing vendors, and maintain confidential personnel records and audits.
