Senior Python Developer – Remote

A senior software engineer with strong Python skills is required to join a rapidly expanding tech start-up specialising in data engineering and science. The role involves leading a small engineering team in technical design discussions, working closely with the CTO and product team to develop complex solutions across data-related projects. The successful candidate will have experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue and be capable of creating interactive content, games, and gamification services. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with two days a month required on-site in Birmingham, usually the first Thursday and Friday. Technical expertise in Python, JavaScript, and experience with AWS, NoSQL, or MongoDB are advantageous, along with a background in start-ups or fast-growing organisations.
