Agentic AI Engineering Manager – Tokyo, Japan (Relocation Required)

Lead an engineering team delivering enterprise-grade agentic AI and recommendation capabilities for marketing and consumer-facing products.
Translate product goals into technical strategy, milestones, and execution plans to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery.
Architect and ship agent frameworks including planning/execution loops, tool calls, memory, retrieval, safety guardrails, and evaluation.
Define evaluation methodologies (offline benchmarks, online experiments, A/B tests) and establish human-in-the-loop review flows.
Ensure solid integration with the One Data Platform, including data contracts, feature availability, privacy controls, and reliability SLAs.
Foster an autonomous, outcomes-driven culture while managing fast-paced experimentation with security, compliance, and enterprise readiness.
