Mid-Level Civil Engineer - Site Development (Power)

Lead site development design tasks for power-related projects, including grading/earthwork, hydrology, hydraulics, and roadway layout.
Develop surface models using Civil3D and related tools, guiding data-driven design decisions across disciplines.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, support cost estimating, and create preliminary design concepts and alternatives.
Plan permits and third-party strategies from early development through approvals, ensuring conformance with standards and codes.
Manage scope, schedule, and budget while providing technical leadership and quality control for deliverables.
