Lead the R&D strategy and execution for targeted Oncology programs, directing science-driven efforts to transform patient outcomes.
Oversee radiochemistry lab operations and preclinical studies, including radioconjugation, in vitro/in vivo efficacy, biodistribution, imaging, and preclinical dosimetry to inform first-in-human dose predictions.
Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of Ph.D. scientists and research associates to deliver high-impact results.
Shape and execute R&D plans to maximize value, impact, and innovation across pipeline assets and platform technologies.
Collaborate with CMC, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to enable IND filings and assemble translational data packages for early clinical development.
Advance IP strategy while pursuing proprietary radiopharmaceutical approaches and external collaborations with academic and industry partners.
