Own end-to-end ML initiatives for listings and host tools, from data pipelines to production models at scale.
Leverage NLP and computer vision to improve host experience, personalize recommendations, and optimize product workflows.
Partner with software engineers, product managers, operations, and data scientists to identify opportunities, refine requirements, and quantify impact through experiments.
Prototype ML use cases, translate requirements into scalable services and APIs, and deploy models for batch and real-time use cases.
Design robust ML infrastructure, ensure training/serving skew minimization, and operate high-volume data pipelines.
Requires 8+ years in applied ML, strong Python/Scala/Java skills, and hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, Spark, Kubernetes, Airflow, and data warehouses.
