Lead a team of buyers to deliver quality, schedule, and cost requirements across Pumps & Valves.
Drive supplier collaboration through strategic development and risk mitigation.
Proactively identify opportunities to achieve cost and schedule efficiencies.
Manage supplier relationships and performance to pre-empt issues and ensure consistent delivery.
Provide weekly and monthly metrics to support discussions on supplier performance.
Engage with stakeholders to gain buy-in to functional and supplier strategies, with travel to supplier sites as required.
