Lead estimating efforts for complex marine infrastructure projects including bridges spans, wharves, piers, and marine structures.
Collaborate with project teams on site investigations, quantity takeoffs, bid strategy, and risk assessment to support competitive proposals.
Solicit quotations from material suppliers and subcontractors, organize bid data, and prepare comprehensive bid documents.
Develop labor productivity, sequencing, man-hours, and unit rates to establish accurate cost estimates and pricing.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely quotes and compliance with bid forms and specifications while upholding safety and quality standards.
Requires 5+ years of marine or heavy civil estimating experience, strong computer skills, willingness to travel, and a related degree preferred.
