Lead a small team of product designers to create world-class, intuitive experiences across web and native apps through a scalable design system.
Own the design system strategy, governance, and its alignment with product goals and business outcomes.
Partner with engineering, product, research, and analytics to ensure system usability, performance, and brand consistency.
Oversee system architecture, tokenisation, documentation quality, and design-engineering parity, while leveraging AI tools and Design Ops to boost efficiency.
Champion inclusive design by embedding WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards across components, patterns, and motion principles.
Define CX KPIs and drive measurable outcomes by linking design system adoption to business impact, with a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office per week).
