Senior AI Engineer - Monetization Platform

As a Senior AI Engineer on the Monetization Platform, you will architect and build a scalable, multi-agent AI ecosystem that automates and optimizes revenue operations across digital properties. You will lead the design of AI agents for revenue optimization, predictive analytics, and real-time decision-making, and develop state-of-the-art ML models for audience segmentation, yield optimization, and predictive targeting using first-party data. You will build NLP and conversational AI to enable automated sales intelligence and customer insights, and implement real-time inference systems with ultra-low latency. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship, run design reviews, and establish best practices for AI development across the platform. You will integrate AI systems with existing infrastructure (data pipelines, BigQuery, ad serving platforms) ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define the AI strategy and roadmap, and pursue opportunities in research and industry collaborations.
