Research, design, and train advanced neural architectures for road semantics, including multi-camera BEV transformers and LiDAR-vision fusion.
Lead data strategy for long-tail scenarios, labeling policies, and active learning pipelines.
Develop robust metrics for lane and road geometry accuracy, temporal consistency, and cross-domain generalization.
Advance foundational capabilities such as self-supervised pretraining, synthetic-to-real adaptation, and temporal modeling.
Mentor engineers, collaborate with perception teams, and stay at the research frontier to translate advances into production-grade perception.
