Group IT Manager

The role involves managing daily IT operations across multiple sites and supporting systems, ensuring seamless service delivery within a hospitality environment. The manager will oversee IT service management, incident resolution, system upgrades, and strategy implementation in collaboration with the Fractional CTO. Responsibilities include vendor and stakeholder management, contract renewals, and maintaining cyber security and compliance standards such as GDPR and PCI DSS. Candidates should have experience in multi-site hospitality or retail IT environments and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, EPOS, WiFi, and payment systems. Practical automation and team management skills are advantageous, alongside operational experience in security standards like ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.
