This role blends creative storytelling with technical execution to assemble modular, scalable content directly in CRM and omnichannel platforms.
You will build campaigns and modules across SFMC, E-MILL, Adobe DAMs, and CMS, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand alignment.
Leverage AI tools to draft and refine copy, while maintaining client voice and tone.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Data, and Technology teams to translate concepts into deployable content.
Emphasize QA, testing, optimization, and innovative workflow improvements to scale personalization efficiently.
The role requires 1–3 years in creative production or CRM-driven work, with a strong visual eye and systems thinking.
