De functie
The Senior Project Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting for multiple large-scale real estate development projects.
Responsibilities include project setup, cost certification, lien waivers, invoices, and scheduling in collaboration with Project Managers.
Prepare and submit month-end AIA billings (G702/703) and maintain comprehensive job cost reporting and analysis.
Develop cost and budget reports and provide clear profitability insights to upper management.
Monitor contract documents, change orders, and other contract modifications to ensure approvals and accurate tracking.
Candidates should have 4+ years in construction or development accounting and proficiency with Timberline or Yardi.
