De functie
Supports the Patient Relations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Patient Relations Department.
Directly supervises nine Consumer Experience Advisors, two Patient Relations Administrative Coordinators, and Belongings Specialists.
Acts as the first line of support and handles cases that require escalation or leadership involvement.
Collaborates with the Administrative Director of Consumer Experience to ensure consistent, high-quality patient interactions.
Monitors performance, resolves issues promptly, and maintains accurate case records and escalation logs.
Contributes to process improvements and supports professional development and career growth opportunities.
