De functie
Own the analytics strategy for a major loyalty program, shaping member acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, cohort analytics, incremental value, churn, and ROI measurement.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on member behavior, purchase frequency, basket composition, and cross-category lift.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and quasi-experiments to optimize pricing, benefits, and promotions.
Partner with Data Science for incrementality modeling and with Finance for P&L and unit economics; ensure data quality and governance.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI to enable reliable loyalty datasets and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
