Drive sales growth within a designated Chicago-based territory by cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners.
Support patient transitions to specialty pharmacy services through clear, timely communication and proactive care coordination.
Leverage CRM and internal tools to identify priority accounts, document activity, and optimize referral opportunities.
Maintain a consistent call cycle, deliver coordinated messaging with cross-functional teams, and manage account expectations.
Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners, assist with benefit navigation, and support physician office documentation.
Travel as needed, contribute to regional budgeting and performance goals, and participate in ongoing trainings and meetings.
